Our teachers
At Paint Pots we are incredibly proud of our enthusiastic and experienced teachers
From our fully qualified Montessori and early years teachers to our early years apprentices, classroom assistants and support staff, everyone within our nursery is passionate about their work with young children. Their priority is to provide a stimulating and fun learning environment for every child at Paint Pots.
Each teacher’s individual skills, talents and ideas bring uniqueness to each school. Our teachers include practicing artists, musicians, and chefs. They personally invest in a variety of interests such as travel, yoga, outdoors activities, photography and sewing. These interests are brought to life in the classroom for our children to enjoy.
Along with the Montessori qualifications, all the teachers at Paint Pots hold Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications. Paint Pots holds regular internal training for our teachers. Our teachers also attend external Montessori training courses, local Borough’s children’s services and other organisations, to continue to extend and build on their professional development.
Some of our children have returned as teachers and some of our parents have studied and joined us as teachers.
