Paint Pots Montessori School Hyde Park, is set in a carefully designed spacious environment, very much comparable to Bayswater and Chelsea Paint Pots Montessori Nuseries.

We have direct access to our own enclosed large outdoor space where the children can play freely with equipment for physical exercise (such as scooters, different sized balls, hula-hoops, trampoline); gardening activities; and engage in imaginative role-play with dress-up clothes and other props. The children have the opportunity to go out every day and during the warmer seasons we usually have free access to the outdoor area for most of the session. We maintain a ‘free work-cycle’ during our sessions where the children can choose which activities they would like to work with for as long as they would like to. 

At Paint Pots Montessori Nursery Schools, we believe that having the opportunity to make your own choices is essential to children developing a positive disposition to learning. In addition we offer structured group activities such as art, cooking, music & movement and show & tell on a daily or weekly basis. We go on outings at least twice per term. In the past these have included visits to local places such as the park or supermarket as well as to places further afield such as the National Gallery, Science Museum or the London Wetlands Centre. 

We recommend when children turn three they participate in Lunch Bunch. This is where children who are registered for the morning and afternoon sessions are able to enjoy a packed lunch together.
